About McBride PC

McBride PC is an ERISA litigation firm in Los Angeles — with cases nationwide.

McBride PC was founded by Kevin McBride in 2003. McBride has represented represent businesses and employee groups in litigation against large corporate entities, including United Airlines, Ameritrade, Federated Department Stores, Ikon Office Solutions, Citibank, Bank of America, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, IBM, Novell, and Federal Express (FedEx).

Our cases historically involve ERISA litigation and complex business litigation, including financial derivatives, securities, pensions, and intellectual property.

Over the years, we have represented multiple employee groups whose union would not take up their cause–typically because of a conflicting union agenda. We have therefore been labeled a “union buster.” But this is not true–we are pro-employee, not anti-union. Where a union’s agenda conflicts with that of its employees, we step in to provide the needed expertise for a targeted, limited matter in litigation or bankruptcy adversarial proceedings.
